JOB SUMMARY:
•RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES IN GROMAX PLANT.
•THE INCUMBENT SHALL BE TASKED TO EFFECTIVELY IMPLEMENT QUALITY CONTROL PROCEDURES IN ALL RAW MATERIALS & PACKAGING MATERIALS TO BE USED IN THE PLANT.
•THE INCUMBENT WOULD BE TASKED TO WORK HAND IN HAND W/ GROMAX SALES WITH REGARD TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINT PERTAINING TO QUALITY OF PRODUCTS;
•WOULD ALSO BE TASKED TO WORK W/ TECH'L PERSONNEL/NUTRITIONIST IN DEVELOPING NEW PRODUCTS.
•LICENSED PHARMACIST
•HIGHLY TRUSTWORTHY, W/ STRONG SENSE OF DISCIPLINE
&INTEGRITY
•W/ AWARENESS OF ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH & SAFETY REGULATIONS

JOB SUMMARY:
The main responsibility of Customer Service Assistant (CSA) - Feeds is to compute contribution margins percustomer and per DSM, rebates for Animal Feeds, monthly accrual for rebates and commission. Alsoresponsible in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports and the processing of field personnel's expenses.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
•Graduate of any 4 year course, Business Administration or other related course
•w/ at least 1 year experience in customer relations, data administration and clerical jobs
•Male or female
•Good communication skills, trustworthy, diligent & committed
•Very keen to details & figures
•Familiarity w/ Oracle System is an advantage
•Willing to work on shifting schedule
