Job Summary

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for tapping the full potential of the area and opening of new customers for volume and revenue generation. Responsible for effective collection of receivables and account management. Responsible for the sell in and sell out of Megadealers and Distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Achievement
    • Sourcing new clients for volume generation.
    • Assess area potential, for dealers, distributors and direct farm accounts.
    • Call and discuss with Sales Admin/CSG with regards to volume submission.
    • Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistic for delivery of approved Sales Orders.
    • Works with Megadealer and/or Distributor’s salesforce and technical group.
    • Maintains a database of current and potential customers.
    • Monitor competitors’ movement and industry update in his covered area.
    • Recommends applicable credit line of potential client.
    • Recommends and implements, after approval, effective promotions and volume drive campaign for his total area and/or for individual customers
    • Ensures delivery of sales target.
  • Collection
    • Monitor and Up-date collection of sales.
    • Assist C&C on collection.
    • Collects CASH/COD/CBD customers.
  • Planning or Sales Forecasting
    • Submit weekly feed forecast.
    • Submit volume forecast per customer on a monthly basis.
  • Report Submission
    • Submits weekly travel plan and daily itinerary regularly.
    • Submits accomplishment for the day regularly.
    • Submit monthly performance per customer
    • Submits Universe List of Stores (VC and Non VC stores) every month end.
  • Follow compliance to company rules and regulations, actively participate in company-sponsored programs, and comply with quality, environmental, health and safety rules and regulations of the company.

Qualification

  • College graduate with a degree in BS Animal Science, BS Agriculture major in Animal Science or Veterinarian graduate.
  • Physically and mentally fit to cope with the demands of the job.
  • Computer literate.
  • Has passion for selling.
  • Managerial capability and good common sense.
  • Proficient in oral and written English language.
  • Possess pleasing personality, high credibility and integrity, strong leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Willing to travel at extended periods of time.
  • Willing to be re-assigned anywhere.
  • Very good public relation.
  • Knows how to drive 4wheel vehicle.
