2020 Vitarich CSR Activities

During the ECQ period, Vitarich implemented its Risk Reduction Protocol to ensure the safety and health of its employees by complying with government requirements and providing essential protective measures and medical support. Concurrently, Vitarich continued its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Activities, primarily focusing on assisting Frontliners and victims of calamities even amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

Here are the key activities undertaken:

Internal Safety and Sanitation Protocols (Vitarich Risk Reduction Protocol):
  • Installation of safety and sanitation facilities in compliance with DTI and DOLE requirements.
  • Strict observance and implementation of minimum health standards.
  • Provision of face masks and face shields to all employees.
  • Reconfiguration of offices to ensure physical distancing.
  • Regular provision of vitamins, alcohol, and medical assistance to all employees.
  • Thorough sanitation and disinfection of workplaces.

External Corporate Social Responsibility Activities:
  • Luzon:
    • Support for BJMP Marilao.
    • Donations related to the Taal Volcano Eruption.
    • Donations for Frontliners.
  • Visayas:
    • Execution of Outreach Programs and Food Drives.
  • Mindanao:
    • Implementation of a Feeding Program.
    • Development and support for a Livelihood Program.
