Vitarich Corporation (PSE: VITA) formally introduced itspartnership with NOVOGEN, a French leader in layer genetics, for the exclusivedistribution of the NOVOgen WHITE breed in the Philippines. Launched during its75th anniversary event at Clark Marriott Hotel on March 17, 2025, theinitiative highlights Vitarich’s commitment to improving farmer productivity,profitability, and industry resilience through high-performing, feed-efficient,and adaptable poultry breeds.
During the press briefing, President and CEO Rocco Sarmientoemphasized that the collaboration combines NOVOGEN’s expertise in genetics withVitarich’s strength in animal nutrition—enabling higher egg production,improved feed conversion, and enhanced egg quality. The partnership is expectedto support local farmers in meeting the country’s growing egg demand whilestrengthening food security and the overall competitiveness of the Philippinepoultry sector.
